  • o I have to have an account to order?
    Yes, we deal only with trade customers if you want to buy our products please click our Where to Buy link at the top of the page enter your postcode and one of our stockist will appear closest to you.

  • Can I amend or cancel my order once submitted?
    I'm afraid once your order is submitted we are unable to accept amendments or cancellations.

  • How do I return an Item?
    Please visit our returns policy for trade customers.

    • Customers who bought items from a retailer please contact the retailer you purchased them from before contacting us.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    If you are a proforma account pay for goods at point of order to be processed.
    We accept visa, mastercard etc.
    Alternatively you can pay on account.
  • Can I collect my order?
    You can collect next day from our studio in Kensington from 9am - 5:30pm *Prior Booking required

  • Can I have an order sent to a different delivery address?
    Yes you can do this either via ordering online or calling our sales department on 020722 53840.
  • Do I need to sign for my delivery?
    Yes we use Parcel Force & UPS Next Day for our standard deliveries.
